Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  TS-05047-528072 Location:  CA 92612 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Duties – AP/AR Specialist   Accounts Payable   • Ensures that invoices, check requests, and expense reports are properly date stamped, GL coded, and approved; Interfaces with appropriate departments to secure proper payment approvals • Prepares checks for payment utilizing MAS90; Cut checks and distribute, QuickBooks 2006 • Oversees maintenance of accounts payable files and records • Responds to all vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; resolves invoice discrepancies. • Prepares and prints accounts payable reports; reviews and reconciles reports for accuracy • Prepares analysis of accounts as required. • Advises Manager of urgent payment requests for next check run; recognize and escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager   Accounts Receivable • Prepares and processes daily cash for deposit • Reviews and posts credit card receipts and checks to appropriate ledgers utilizing MAS90 • Maintain accounts receivable files and records   Qualifications: • Strong Excel Skills, proficient with a variety of software applications which should include one sophisticated accounting system. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Ability to work in a team environment.
