AR/AP Specialist

Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve success and on-time payables/receivables. You delight in solving problems. You're highly self-motivated and extremely organized. Experience in either AP or AR is required, as is the ability and desire to learn the missing piece. I am looking for 2 years minimum. You would be responsible for all AP/AR duties, including any contact necessary with various vendors and clients to customs brokers and airlines, all daily and monthly accounting functions - credits and debits, reconciliations, general ledger, etc.The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with diplomacy and care is imperative.
