Brightside Academy Purpose: To provide all families access to an excellent early educational experience that prepares their children to be life-long learners in an ever changing world.​

Job Description:

Provides quality early education and child care for children, ages 6 weeks through school-age.​ Creates and maintains an environment for positive experiences for children, the families and communities served and leadership to Brightside Academy employees.​

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with one year experience with children or related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service field with 30 ECE credits; Masters degree with Teachers Credentials is required (NY only).​

• Minimum of 3-5 years of documented supervisory experience (ECE experience preferred).​

• Demonstrated Customer Service communication skills, including oral and written.​

• Demonstrated process and organization oriented skills.​

• Large scale academy experience that provides a broad view of ECE skills preferred.​

• Frequently lift or move weight as in lifting, carrying or holding children and infants of 10-60 lbs.​
