Accounts Payable Associate - Invoice Entry

You’ll work side-by-side with people you can trust and respect!Help PFG / Vistar be a leader in the Food Distribution industry by doing your part as an Accounts Payable Associate responsible for reconciling invoices at the line item that are not matched automatically in SAP. The setting is a centralized, high-volume AP environment supporting multiple US locations. Job Responsibilities: Identify invoices interfaced into SAP that have discrepancies; identify indexing keying errors and correct; using invoice image in ImageNow and purchase order detail in SAP identify discrepancies by line item; and enter line item information relating to discrepancies.Required Experience: 2 -- 4 years of AP experience, ability to operate office equipment including scanners and alphanumeric keyboard, attention to detail and team player attitude. Prior indexing experience a plus. Knowledge to a major ERP application (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Lawson, PeopleSoft) a plus. Join PFG / Vistar, one of the nation’s largest foodservice distributor.
