We’re headquartered in Connecticut with offices around the country. Our office is growing and we are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Wilton, Connecticut.

 

The primary responsibilities for the AP Clerk include: process and audit vendor invoices, collect all information required to establish new vendors, research and resolve vendor payment issues, process employee expense reimbursements, cut high volume of checks and complete special projects as needed. Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel is a must.

 

If you are someone that has a “Do what it takes” attitude and works with a high level of accountability and follow-through then this is the position for you. We need someone that is a self motivator and is able to work well in a team environment but also is comfortable working autonomously. The ability to multi-task is a must!
