Job Description Match, batch, code and enter invoices Enter, post and reconcile batches Research and resolve accounts payable issues with customers or vendors Update and reconcile to the general ledger Set up and maintain vendor files Working knowledge of the following accounting applications: MS Word, Excel & QuickBooks Requirements Candidates for this role should have strong attention to detail, as well as communication, customer service and organizational skills. Individuals need excellent data entry and computer skills in addition to a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
