Accounts Payable Specialist For Thriving Scottsdale Company
Our client is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a project-to-hire opportunity. This position provides support to the Corporate Office for audit and processing of invoices. To fulfill this role, the Accounts Payable Processor will:Code vendor invoices for account distribution Review documentation for accuracy and approval authority Utilize JD Edwards software to research and process invoices Resolve pending issues with internal clients and suppliers. Communicate effectively to all levels of company personnel and external suppliersProspective candidates will posses: 1-5 years of prior experience in an Accounts Payable Experience working with JD Edwards software General understanding of internal controls Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically: Word, Excel and Outlook Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
