Accounts Receivable and or Collections

Our client is seeking several individuals in a temp/perm role that possess accounts recievable and or colletion experience, coupled with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:Process accounts receivables and make collection calls.Initiate collection activity by evaluating aging reports, making calls internally and externally to sales, accounting, and customer staff. Report collection activity at communications meetings. Maintain or improve business relationships with our customers. Maintain spreadsheets and perform other Shared Services tasks including but not limited to processing cash receipts.Communicate and interact with Division and Group Management.

Qualifications:

Ability to learn quickly and assimilate into a well functioning team.Prior accounts receivable and cash application experience.Collection Experience required. Competent in the use of Excel and other Microsoft Office software. Able to learn new software applications. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
