Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The successful candidate will be part of a 3-person administrative team providing support to four partners and other staff members of a busy CPA firm.  This is a challenging front-desk position for someone who enjoys a shifting and diverse work flow, while also being the first point of contact our clients have with the firm. 

 

This is a full-time position of 40 hrs per week from January to mid-July, and a 32-hr 4-day week from mid-July through December, with some overtime required in March and April.

 

We strive to provide high quality accounting, taxation and consultation services to our clients.  To accomplish this goal, we are responsive to our clients’ needs, while conscientiously working to maintain a high level of expertise, and expect all staff members to keep this in mind as they carry out their responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

            - Hourly wage dependent on experience  

            - 4-day work week during second half of year
