Assistant - Property Management and Development
Energetic individual needed with excellent organizational and communication skills, to assist in the day-to-day operations of a Real Estate Development and Property Management Company located in Newport Beach. Some experience in a Construction related field and Commercial/Industrial Property Management very helpful. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Word with some accounting experience, preferably with some form of accounting software such as Yardi Commercial Property Management or equal. This individual must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. A good sense of humor is also very desirable.
