TaxResources, Inc. is looking for a self-starting, reliable individual to join our Audit Coordinator team. “Team” being a key word; we work closely together and cross train in one another’s responsibilities. The job entails assisting Audit Representatives with the faxing, scanning and filing of their assigned cases.

Experience needed: Applicants minimally must have 5-7 years of full time experience in administrative skills such as data entry, filing, copying, phones, etc. Bookkeeping and/or knowledge of income tax returns would be helpful. Good organizational skills and ability to multi–task are essential, along with the willingness to take the initiative to get things done. Customer relations experience is a must, along with the ability to handle tense situations. You will be expected to work at a fast pace and therefore good time management skills are a must. Good verbal and written communications skills are required. Basic knowledge of computers and working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Software is required.
