BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER
Immediate opening for a Business Office Manager in a well-established Outpatient Surgery Center. Position is Full Time, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. We offer very competitive salaries with a full benefit package to include health/dental benefits, generous paid time off, and 401K matching. Salary will be dependent upon experience.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of management experienceVery strong A/R backgroundFamiliarity with CPT and ICD-9 codesPreferences:Familiarity with Surgisource (billing software)BilingualCoding certificationJob Responsibilities1. Manage Business Office processes and staff2. Manage all functions of A/R3. Payment and contractual adjustment posting 4. Daily deposit audit5. Perform regular A/R audits6. Manage Patient Balances to include Collections efforts7. Supervise and guide 6 Business Office employees8. Prepare any and all A/R reports as requested9. Prepare month end accounting reports10. Maintain Insurance contract database11. Oversee electronic claims submissions12. Perform/Assist with contract negotiations to include cost analysis and contract proposals13. Other A/R and Contracting Projects as needed
