Individually responsible for the day-to-day processing of sales purchase orders to bill. Includes confirming product was delivered to the warehouse, receipt of documents from fax server, vendors, warehouses and carriers in order to accurately process invoices and fees via data entry. Validates orders through cross referencing Company customized produce software program. Documents customer files for unresolved problems and those needing settlement. Notifies supervisor/AP Department of invoice disputes for resolution. Prepares weekly problem resolution report for sales representative. Maintains updated account records necessary to ensure vendor’s payment. Duties entail confirming all charges, deductions and payables are included and account specifics are correct. Invoices customers and completes account information file. Distributes EDI orders after invoice processing. Organizes paperwork sent for scanning. Knowledge Of: Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing and Invoicing; A/P and A/R Produce and/or sales industries preferred Skills – Specialized Skills & Ability To: Ability to read and understand the following documents: federal inspections, border, bills of lading, proof of delivery and customer passings. Ability to perform quality focused work within deadlines with or without direct supervision Microsoft Office, Excel & Word Mathematical aptitude and strong abilities Strong communication, listening skills MUST HAVE 4-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
