The company which is easily accessible to both Pennsylvania and Delaware and close to many area bridges and highways has an immediate opening. Please review the job description and if you believe you are qualified and like to work in a team environment then please apply.The Billing Services Representative will be responsible for all billing functions of financial services. This includes debit memos and request for credit submitted by distributors. The main focus for this position will be processing National Account billing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• All billing functions of financial services including processing requests for credit from distributors. • Processing off-line credits and accurate data entry of debit memos to process National Account invoices. • Researching billing and credit information for distributors. • Receiving and answering customer questions and complaints while assuring customers receive efficient and courteous service by mail, email, or telephone.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS400 query, SAP and E-mail • Must demonstrate excellent organizational and problem solving skills • Must have accurate data entry skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Ability to exercise good judgement • Ability to pay attention to detail Account Receivables Account Payables Billing
