Billing Specialist Needed Immediately for Fortune 100 Firm in Newark, Delaware!
Financial Services Firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their Investment Management Group for a long-term consulting engagement. Qualified candidate will be responsible for calculating, verifying, and processing client invoices. Must be available to interview & start immediately! ** Please Note: position may become permanent, contingent upon performance**Responsibilities include: · Preparation & review of fee calculations using in-house systems as well as Excel · Self-management of open item list and prompt communication of issues to team leader · Timely & accurate response to queries from clients, custodians and other business groups · Completion of various ad hoc financial analyses as per requested Essential Skills: · Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience · Client Focus - recognize and respond to needs of both external and internal clients · Attention to detail · Strong verbal & written communication skills - the internal clients are typically in remote locations (NY & London), so excellent telephone & e-mail skills are required · Excel - intermediate aptitude is essential (formulas, filters, pivot tables); advanced knowledge a plus If you meet these qualifications, please forward your resume to VanessaMonteiro@mergisgroup.com with reference code: JP.08.08.01.BS in the subject line.
