ITAC Solutions is assisting a company in their search for a CFO.  This exciting opportunity will provide someone the ability to grow as well as be a major contributor to the company.  The Controller will work closely with upper management, but this position is a very hands-on role.  Some of the responsibilities that the CFO will have consist of process improvements, ERP implementation and working with private equity companies.  The CFO will also be responsible for financial statement preparation and review and supervising several staff.  A qualified individual will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably as a CFO.  If interested in learning more about this opportunity, please contact mregister@itacsolutions.com .

The qualified individual will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with several years in a management role and a CPA.  Experience with an ERP software conversion/implementation is necessary.
