COLLECTIONS PARALEGAL NEEDED FOR Downtown Law Firm - Great Pay - Flex Hours!!
Attention Commercial Collection Paralegals who seek a flexible schedule, a private office and a PPO paid for 100% by their employee. Downtown Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal with 7 to 10 years experience in Commercial Collections to join their dynamic legal team. REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS!
Must have 5 to 10 years experience as a paralegal handling Commercial Collections .MUST have Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved college or Declaration signed by attorney Must have strong knowledge and experience in the following: Preparation of Writs of Execution, Preparation of Declarations, Preparation of Discovery (both Propounding and Responding) Prepare Wage Garnishments, Accounts Payable Levies, Arrange Mediations, Arrange court callsPreparation of Subpoenas for Post JudgmentsHandle transcription –
Must have a good sense of humor, mobile personality, extraverted, confident, stand up for themselves – sharp as a tack… will pay extra for a star.
Attorney is a great guy, but can yell once in a while – will be working for two attorneys, both are good guys, but require strong confident personality or they will be steamrolled.
