CITY/STATE: Tempe, AZ 85281POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 14.00 - 16.00 USD /hour REFERENCE CODE: MM - 7/23/08 - JE COMMERCIAL COLLECTIONS - TEMPE     CALLING ALL COMMERCIAL COLLECTORS!!!!!! CALLING ALL COMMERCIAL COLLECTORS!!!  CALLING ALL COMMERCIAL COLLECTORS!!! Several of our clients located throughout the East Valley are looking for experienced Business to Business/Commercial Collectors!!!!  If you love to collect money and receive bonuses, these jobs may be for you!!!! DUTIES:* Portfolios vary and can range between 2Million to 4million* All accounts are business to business* Day is made up of research, reconciliation, working with customers (internal, external)* Will not be setting credit limits but will release orders* Makes collection calls on Accounts Receivable* Sends collection letters to delinquent accounts (Past Due Letters and Final Notices)* Researches short payments and over-posted revenue on Accounts Receivable and resolve differences* May serve as a branch liaison to corporate credit and collections department* Supplies documents to support collection of delinquent accounts (faxing, requesting documents from other agents, reprinting invoices when needed)* Regularly reviews accounts with management for write-off and referral to outside collection agency* Performs miscellaneous accounting duties as assigned* Maintains all branch-aging categories to meet or exceed corporate margin (%) goals   REQUIREMENTS:* High school diploma or GED* Two years Business to Business/Commercial Collections experience* Effective verbal and written communication skills* Effective organization skills* Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products and AS400* Possess strong problem solving skills* Must have the ability to work as part of a team in a fasted based environment   These opportunities are temporary-to-hire!!!!! APPLY TODAY!!!!  LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE!!!!! Please send your resume to mesa@ledgent.com as a Word attachment.
