About the Position:
The firm has multiple positions available to fill in both the Tax Department and Audit Department in both the Orange and Walnut (City of Industry) office. We are seeking individuals who have recent public accounting experience at various levels from Staff to Manager who want to grow and be promoted within the firm. We have opening both working on domestic and international clients both public and non-public in various industries. Some specialty niche areas we are in are SEC Asian Services (Mandarin speaking), Asian Service Tax, Construction, Agriculture (Dairy), Government, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Industries.

Immediate Openings Available in Walnut and Orange office:
Tax Manager
Tax Manager International
Tax Senior
Tax Semi-Senior
Audit Manager
Audit Manager Quality Control
Audit Senior-Domestic
Audit Senior-Construction
Audit Semi-Senior

For Audit the responsibilities include:
*Must have recent public accounting experience
* Audit, review and compilation engagements
* Financial statement preparation
* Complex audits for clients in a variety of industries
* SEC Audit experience is a plus


For Tax the responsibilities include:
*Must have recent public accounting experience.
* Review and preparation of tax returns
* Tax planning
* Tax research
* Tax compliance
* International Tax experience is a plus
 
Location:
We have opportunities in both Walnut (City of Industry) and Orange. We also have offices in Visalia, California.
