Closing Billing Clerk (303)892-1600Description: A reputable company located in Westminster is actively searching for a Closing Billing Clerk to process and submit HUD invoices to the Closing Department as needed on a daily basis. This individual is needed to research and review any requests to add reimbursements to HUD invoices, ensure that the correct documentation validating HUD expenses is provided to select clients in a timely manner, assist the Closing Department in ensuring that FER’s are reviewed accurately and promptly. This much needed individual will also be assisting the accounting team as needed with assigned tasks as designated by the Accounts Receivable Manager, Assistant Accounting Manager and the VP of Finance. Requirements: Requirements:• High school diploma • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Solid background in accounts receivable billing & invoicing, preferably a minimum of 3 years experience • Experience in account reconciliation and research • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision This position is going to fill fast so please apply today!!!
