Public high-tech company seeks a Consolidations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for growth, challenges, and wanting to make an impact. The position reports into the Controller and has one direct report.Job Description Monthly consolidation of international subsidiaries. Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities. Manage and develop staff. Prepare financial statements and other reports. Provide information for preparation of SEC reports including 10-Q and 10-K.
