Contracts and Pricing Director - Aerospace

Large Aerospace Company located in Irvine is seeking a Contracts Director to join their dynamic group. Will be handling negotiations on large contract and pricing projects. Respond to customer proposal requests. Administer contracts from the Department of Defense and or major defense contractors. Utilize your strong FAR/DFAR knowledge. Will be supervising more junior members in the contracts administration team. 15+ years experience contract negotiation with DoD/Aerospace contractors Bachelor's Degree in applicable legal field or Juris Doctorate. Formal training in contract management/administration is required. CPCM certification is preferred. Excel, Word, MS Project and ERP experience is a requirement. Supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to confidently conduct presentations. Strong background in pricing in accordance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
