Corporate Controller

Our client, a manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a Corporate Controller in Santa Clara:

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll, A/P, cash management, inventory and fixed assets management, corporate reporting and compliance functions

· Provide the financial consultation and review of all company contracts and document the accounting implications of major transactions

· Month-end review of all other general ledger account reconciliations and entries

· Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis in a timely manner

· SEC Reporting

· Mergers and Acquisitions

· Liaison for auditors

· Assist CFO with preparation of operating budgets, financial forecasts and board reports

RequirementsBA or BS in Finance and Accounting or related CPA strongly preferred Public Accounting experience a plus Semiconductor public company experience Superior leadership skills to manage large and diverse teams Must have a strong technical and financial accounting background
