CITY/STATE: Carlsbad, CAPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Administrative/ClericalEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 10.00 - 11.00 USD /hour Corporate Receptionist A growing financial company in the Carlsbad area is looking for an excellent, outgoing, and friendly corporate receptionist to maintain the professionalism of the front office and accurately represent the company as a whole.  Are you looking to be part of a great team, a company that offers excellent benefits, and ready to work in a fast-paced and professional atmosphere?  Apply now!!! Duties: Answer all phones and route accordingly; screen all callers before forwarding; take detailed messages if need be and then distribute to the appropriate parties Assist primary admin with preparing reports and other correspondence, including editing, printing, binding, and distributing of documents Provide administrative assistance to investment, marketing, and other staff as needed Update all calendars, contacts, and organizations in the computer system Maintain the lobby and reception area, keeping it presentable and neat for all incoming clients and guests Retrieve and distribute all mail, newspapers, and faxes Keep all fax machines, copiers, and printers stocked with paper Run morning and afternoon reports Open and close the office each morning, keeping it neat and organized and well maintained Maintain, organize, and stock the kitchen area and keep clean Manage conference rooms, meetings, and provide visitors with  Required Skills: MUST have at least one year of experience as a corporate receptionist Needs to have a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Experience with Microsoft Word Ability to work well with employees from other company departments Professional and pleasant telephone manner and ability to interact well with visitors Accuracy and attention to detail in message taking Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a detailed and time sensitive environment Willingness to work with a “can-do-attitude” and strong interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and maser new computer programs and office procedures About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
