Data Entry - File Clerk
Blue Diamond Growers, headquartered in in Sacramento, CA, as the largest manufacturer of Almonds, has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support functioning as a Data Entry - File Clerk in our Finance Department.
Duties include:Scanning of legal documents into a digital database system Research of documents, policies, procedures, etc. Responsible for the maintenance of certificates of insurance and annual submission of updated certificates. Assists in A/P department with filing, deposits, data entry, records retention, etc.
Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required) 3+ years previous related work experience (required) Experience with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Power point, etc. (required) Experience with document scanning equipment and software (required) Experience with MS Access and Sharepoint (preferred) Excellent customer support/service skills (preferred) Self-starter, highly motivated, with strong communication skills (required) Ability to communicate/interact with all levels of employees, vendors, etc. (required)
