Director, Finance
Senior management position overseeing accounting functions for a not-for-profit agency with an annual 21 million dollar budget. Duties include:
. Revenue maximization
. Maintaining strong knowledge of various funding sources including Medicaid and OMRDD.
. Department supervision over 12 person unit including purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and other fiscal responsibilities.
. Timely completion of audit, budgets, and other required reports
. Technical analyses of areas including program budgets, pension plans, worker’s compensation, etc.
. Project completion as assigned
Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Candidates must have over fives years fiscal managerial experience, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Ontario ARC offers a benefit package that includes generous benefit and sick time, health and dental coverage, a 403(b) retirement option, term life insurance, and educational assistance.
