Director, Process Improvement

Acabo Recruiting Services' client seeks a Director of Process Improvement.

Initially, this position will be responsible for assessing the exisiting processes and procedures in place over current operating functions within the marketing and business development divisions.  The position will require research of industry benchmarks and analysis of trends to determine what direction the company needs to take as it moves from start-up to full-scale operations.  The position will also be asked to research and implement process improvements over other core business operations as needed.

The desired candidate background includes:Undergraduate degree in a business disciplineAdvanced business degree such as an MBA or CPA licensureMinimum of seven years experience leading process improvement projects as an internal employee or external consultantStrong preference for candidates with training in Six-Sigma

Compensation package includes base salary ($100k and up) plus cash bonus.  Full relocation assistance is provided if necessary.
