Director of Financial Reporting
The Mergis Group is seeking candidates to fill a Director of Reporting role. The ideal candidate will have experience at a large publicly traded company and/or Big four public accounting experience. This individual will step into a role where they will immediately supervise a team preparing financial reports while integrating SOX compliance functions. Specific duties include supervision of company's SEC filing processes, technical research, due diligence and audit functions.
