CPG currently has an opening for a Director of Quality Assurance & Internal Audit at our Tempe, AZ operating location. Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for all principle auditing activity for the Company, including, but not limited to:.

Quality Assurance

 Promotion Quality AuditPromotion life cycle: set-up to invoice to close-outCompliance auditing with client contracts and CPG proceduresPromotion data accuracyLaunch sheet qualitySet-up and IT programming accuracyData entry instructionData entry quality

o Exception auditing and resolution

o Fraud Audit

o Special projects and analysis

 

Internal AuditSAS 70: annual reporting, year round complianceCompany wide internal controls, IT general controlsInformation technology securityInternal control assessmentAnnual Internal audit programOperational audits of controls and procedures

SecurityFacility securityMonitoring systems, analysis and reportingInformation technology security 

The successful candidate will possess the following professional qualifications and characteristics:

 

QualificationsBachelors degree in AccountingCertification in Internal Audit required ( CIA, CISA and/or Certified Fraud Examiner)Three to five years of internal, operational audit experienceExperience with client presentations and executive staff reportingStaff management and supervisory experienceProficient in desk top PC tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, flowcharting software, automated auditing software toolsKnowledge of data base structure and managementProficient in business process design and analysis, preparation of flowcharts and operating proceduresExperience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following: (a) internal audits; (b) SAS 70 audits, and (a) Sarbanes-OxleyMust be authorized to work in the USOccasional domestic and international travel required
