If you’re interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Electrical Engineer in Gurnee, IL.
Production design of electrical motor controls as related to overhead hoists and highly engineered cranes along with application and specification of Magnetic Motor Starters, Variable Frequency drives, Relays and A.C. Inverters. Related tasks include project improvements and interfacing with other departments as required. Be the lead engineering on large customer projects. Knowledge of PLC’s and HMI is a plus.
Must be self motivated, display leadership abilities, have knowledge of NEMA, U.L., C.S.A, J.I.C., and NEC standards. Must have a minimum of a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and five years of related experience plus be computer literate in AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Must have a strong working knowledge of PLC controls including HMI hardware and software applications.
Finally, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. No relocation assistance is available.
