Executive Assistant
Open immediately, a large Denver based company is seeking an experienced, professional Executive Assistant. Responsibilities for this position will include working closely with executives, scheduling, setting up and tracking all meetings, and preparing for audits. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to maintain overhead department budget, travel schedules, office supplies/inventory, transition of new hire process, and may handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the administrative section of the office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field. Pay starts in the low 30K range.
