Offrir un service exceptionnel a tous les clients. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes des clients. Résoudre les problèmes et traiter les plaintes des clients de façon positive dans le but de stimuler les affaires et de fidéliser les clients, tout en respectant les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise. Fournir aux clients des renseignements techniques sur les produits et services offerts.

COMPETENCES REQUISES:

* Expérience à titre de technicien en entretien et en réparation

* Aptitudes exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle

* Bonne aptitudes a communiqué

* Esprit d’équipe

* Diplôme d’études secondaires

* Certification A+ de préférence

* Très bon en réseautique

* 2 ans d’expériences
