Financial AnalystResponsibilities: Month end closing process including journal entries, internal and external financial reporting; preparation of monthly, annual, 5 year operating plans including detailed manufacturing budgets, monthly account reconciliations. Ad hoc reporting/requirements required by Group, Corporate. Assist the Plant Controller in maintaining system of internal control in compliance with Company policies and procedures as well as compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley section 404. Degree Preference: B.S. in Accounting or Finance required. MBA or CPA preferred. Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification preferred. Experience: 4-7 years progressive experience in cost and financial accounting and financial analysis. Detailed knowledge of GAAP. Excellent analytical ability and business understanding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of software applications required(i.e. Excel, Word, Hyperion, Enterprise, SAP). Possess a high level of independent judgment, professionalism and integrity. Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Must be a self starter, work independently, minimal supervision, able to interact with shop floor employees, peers, customers, and supplies as required.
