Graphic Design Specialist

SingerLewak is currently seeking an individual to join the Marketing Department as a Graphic Design Specialist.  This position is responsible designing, coordinating, monitoring and implementing all approved Firm marketing projects.

 

Essential Functions:

1.  With proper direction, designs, coordinates and monitors all approved marketing projects to assure project effectiveness and timeliness.

2.  Coordinates and provides staff support for all marketing communications and presentation materials, including brochures and literature, newsletters, direct mail pieces and any other materials.

3.  Through appropriate news releases, apprises the media of newsworthy developments.

4.  Maintains necessary files and records to coordinate and monitor the Firm’s marketing activities.

5.  Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of computerized marketing mailing lists.

6.  Handles all arrangements for Firm-wide marketing events.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

 

1.  Solid knowledge of design and office programs including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, html, xhtml, Flash, web 2.0, Excel, Powerpoint, Mac and Word

2.  Can manage design and print production

3.  Self-starter, great attitude and great energy

4.  Ability to work well with others.

5.  Ability to work under pressure, perform several tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines

6.  Ability to organize, plan, focus and control workload.

7.  Ability to earn the respect of partners and professional staff.

8.  Willingness to complete projects after hours, if necessary.

9.  Experience with database, work processing, and desktop publishing computer software programs.

10.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

1.  At least one (1) year experience in marketing professional services.
