Hospital and Capitation Shared Risk Analyst

Established Medical Group in Apple Valley seeking an experienced professional to join our team.  Must have 2+ years of general accounting experience in a health care organization.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:

 

·         Manage income and expense capitation accounts;

·         Produce accurate and effective financial reports;

·         Capitation management to include, but not limited to, reconciliation according to contract rates;                 

·         Database/encounter data tracking and reporting to health plans;

·         Medical cost management;

·         Review hospital claims payments;

·         Financial reporting, to include but not limited to, monthly financial reporting, health plan yield analysis for contracting efforts, medical costs reports for utilization management and capitation reports;

·         Provide medical cost management pertaining exclusively to the business of local   hospital;

·         Performs all other duties as assigned

·         Review of claims for accuracy of payments

·         Tracking of revenue from billing to collection & closure

·         Crystal reporting
