Inbound Call Center Representatives: Spanish speaking. 10 Bilingual Customer Service Reps needed This is a FULL time position paying $13.00 an hour. Job Description: Call Center Environment. Answer inbound calls, process insurance (mortgage) updates and request payments for the mortgage loans we service. Achieve and maintain quality scores and satisfactory production numbers. Track insurance and make payments. Job Location and Hours: Located in Tempe just off of the 101 and Elliot Rd. Hours are between 5am and 8pm Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift anytime between those hours. Start date would be 9/8/2008. Job Requirements: Must have at least 6 months call center experience.
