Internal Audit Manager

The primary responsibility of the Internal Audit Manager is to assist in the planning of a program for internal audit and lead the Internal Audit team in executing it.

-Lead the team in documentation and testing of company processes and systems

-Manage internal audits including the relationship with co-source providers

-Assisting with entity-level risk assessments, audit plan scope and execution

-Build and nurture relationships with areas in the company to promote internal audit involvement and to serve as a resource

 

Experience:

-4-5 years experience in external/internal audit positions - Big 4 experience preferred

-Experience with SEC or other regulatory examinations

-Experience with SOX

-Industry experience in banking, mutual funds, financial services or other related industry

-A minimum of 5 to 7 years total experience

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required

-CPA or CIA
