Lease Audit & Administration
Full Time or Part Time - This is a permanent flexible schedule position requiring approximately 32 to 40 hrs per week.
Primary responsibilities include review, analysis and approval of landlord invoices relating the lease charges, tracking of expenses, lease file and lease database management, and communications with landlords relating to documents and billings.
Three to Five year experience in accounts payable and/or real estate related fields.
Good writing, organizational and communications skills required.
Candidate MUST have strong Microsoft Office Skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
