Quest Capital is a midsized broker-dealer located in Orange County, California.  Quest Capital has been serving the public for 25 years since it was incorporated in 1983.  

From time to time, we look for more individuals to join the back office team in serving our registered representatives and clients nationwide. We have the following position available right now:

 

Position: Licensing Coordinator

 

Responsibilities

This position is mainly responsible for licensing registration processing, licensing problem solving and all other related issues. This position also assists the Compliance Department and other area within in firm when required.

 

 

Requirements

This individual is not required to have a securities license. This position would require an individual to possess strong problem solving skills, organizational skill, accurate typing skills, pleasant phone communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
