Manager of Accounting for large global manufacturing company
The Accounting Manager will be supervising a staff of two or more. The Accounting Manager will be working within the finance division and reporting to the Controller.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for policies and procedures related to budgeting, financial management, and accounting functions. The Accounting Manager will be supervising two or more employees. The Accounting Manager must have experience in month end close, preparing financial reports and statements, and be able to present to upper management. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the general and sub ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. The Accounting Manager will be directing and participating in cost analysis and rate studies. The Account Manager will be directing internal audits and forecasting for future costs and revenues. The Account Manager will be establishing system controls for new financial systems and developing procedures to improve existing systems. The Accounting Manager will be directing the installation and maintenance of new accounting, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
