NOW HIRING!! ACCOUNTING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES included but not limited to:

* Responsible for payroll, accounts payable, job costing, billings, collections, union reporting, and inter-company transactions
* Monthly journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting
* Responsibility for the accounting and sometimes administrative staff for division
* General ledger accounting
* Prepare financial analysis and reports
* Assist with department's record retention program
* Maintain and/or improve the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives
* Strengthen internal control functions while simplifying and speeding up processes
* Payroll tax deposits and tax return preparation/reporting.
* Daily consolidated cash position tracking and reporting.
* Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have strong track record of personal/technical growth in the finance and accounting areas.
* Must be committed to "continuous improvement" and possess a problem solver capability.
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be detail and independently
* Must have a strong systems knowledge, including integrated accounting systems
* Must have a positive attitude
* Must have experience in construction industry
* Must be proficiency with word and excel
* Must have 3-5 years experience

SALARY:
* $65,000-85,000/year DOE
* Direct Hire Placement
* Full-time
