We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position for Property Manager located in the prestigious Val Vista Lakes area of Gilbert, AZ. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with 2-3 years experience in the residential Property Management field. This position requires an individual with good organizational skills, who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere. As Property Manager you will work closely with your Regional Director, and oversee all the phases of your community's operation, ensuring your community meets our standards and procedures, as well as all local and state laws. You will also be responsible for the supervision of your community employees and maintaining a high quality of community appearance. You will be responsible for planning and executing resident retention programs, keeping informed of current apartment home market conditions and area business development. Coordinate unit turnover scheduling, establish and achieve financial goals through compiling, reviewing and implementing budgets. Rent collection and authorization of all staff and community purchases.
