Payroll Implementation Specialist

We are looking for someone who will provide full service payroll implementation to our clients. One of your key goals will be to increase customer satisfaction and have high retention scores.  You will consult, assist and resolve a wide variety of payroll-related client requests, inquiries, complaints and escalations, both verbally and in writing. In addition, you will manage multiple account relationships that are in various stages of the implementation process. You will also provide support by assisting with continuous improvement and propose new processes and system enhancements.In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

• Create positive relationships with external and internal clients by always providing outstanding proactive, high energy and friendly service

• Interpret client/agent input and requests to ensure accurate system integration

• Set appropriate client expectations and reasonable implementation timelines

• Provide client training using judgment to assess client competence and readiness for turnover

• Integrate payroll with other internal products such as tax, general ledger interfaces and custom reports.

• Attend industry training and maintain current knowledge associated with developments in the payroll industry as well as the latest features and functions of the Perquest payroll systems.

• Assist with other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Manager or Director of Client Services.Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. You will utilize your problem solving skills and your ability to build solid relationships to achieve high client satisfaction and retention. • Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years + of experience with payroll implementation or implementation with one of the following: Time and Attendance, HR and/or General Ledger/Accounting. Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to work effectively with external and internal customers, be highly analytical, detail oriented and be able to see the big picture.  In addition, a successful Implementation Specialist thrives in a fast pace, high energy environment, and should be able to work with multiple account relationships at the same time.  FPC or CPP certification is considered a plus.Perquest is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
