The Payroll Support Analyst is responsible for providing payroll support (includes answering user questions (phone, e-mail) and providing resolution to issues.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Recommends or performs actions to correct problems based on knowledge of payroll system.
· Evaluates and prioritizes help desk tickets.
· Researches, provides and documents accurate solutions to user problems in a timely manner.
· Effectively escalates and documents all support calls/e-mails for which an immediate resolution is not possible.
Key skills required:
· Strong ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
· Clear and efficient English communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
· Demonstrated time management, organizational and analytical skills
· Payroll Experience a PLUS
· Understanding of database systems and experience with SQL Server query analyzer
· Provide team members and management with ongoing status of all activities and issues.
· Undergraduate degree required.
· 2-3 years of working experience.
Interpersonal Skills:
· Documentation and Communication Skills
· Team player with a good attitude
