Portfolio Analytics Target Portfolio Maintenance Maintain target portfolios LCCE, ISM, AAA, Enhanced Equity, Fixed Income in both Moxy and the appropriate analytical system TPA, Morningstar, Excel, Bondedge. Maintain Bloomberg linked Excel spreadsheet as data source for TPA. Target Portfolio Analysis Perform periodic portfolio analysis utilizing various systems to determine sources of absolute and relative returns, portfolio style positioning and portfolio characteristics. Conduct quarterly Performance Analysis and communicate results to the group. Client Prospect Portfolio Analysis Assist Portfolio Managers with loading holdings and analyzing portfolios utilizing Baseline, TPA, Morningstar, Allocation Master, Bondedge Performance Analysis Work with Investment Operations to review all monthly performance numbers Cash, Fixed Income & Equity to ensure system accuracy across all accounts. Credit Analysis and Support Credit Analysis Work with Sr. Analysts on assigned credits Sector Analysis Work with Sr. Analysts on assigned credit sectors High Yield, International Fixed Income Team Member, Member of the Fixed Income Team as well as the Credit and Macro sector sub teams. Research Support & Communication Investment Meeting Preparation Coordinate, prepare and distribute all pre meeting materials. Also coordinate prepare and distribute post meeting minutes and follow up items. Coordinate and Monitor Research Database Work with Analysts to coordinate quarterly rotation of analysis. Also serve as liaison to IS in communicating needs for future versions improvements. Project Based Research Support Policy Procedure Checks Develop and run quarterly reports in Access to determine concentrations, compliance with model targets Equity and Fixed Income. Distribute to PMs in the Quarterly Meeting books. Maintain master exception report. Specific Research Requests Assist CIO, Portfolio Managers and Analysts with specific research requests including creating charts, graphs, research or other project based support Composite Assistance Work with Investment Operations and or designated individuals in creating, testing and monitoring composites. Requirements: Candidates should possess a BA/BS in an Accounting, Finance, or Business Related field or a MBA. A minimum of 5 years recent work experience is required. Excellent knowledge of basic financial concepts and analytical systems. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Access required. IndiBA BS required, CFA or MBA highly desirable.
