Pricing Manager
One of our largest clients in Broward County is looking to add a Pricing Manager to their team. This position will be reporting directly to the VP of Finance.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
· Leading the pricing process including:
· Identification and presentation of opportunities to increase item pricing
· Development of recommendations on pricing of new distributed and expanded brands
· Review of standard margins for all brands to assure minimum margins are hit
· Coordination of MSRPs and changes to MSRPs with marketing
· Review of pricing of holiday promotional programs
· Work with special markets group to set pricing and to monitor actual sales prices
· Supporting the VP Finance on other projects as they arise
Requirements and Skills:
· BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
· 5-7 years analytical experience within consumer goods or retail industries
· Self-starter; able to work (and manage) independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with senior management
· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Hyperion & Business Objects skills a plus)
· Strong analytical skills; must be proactive and able to identify and resolve problems
