Requirements: 2 plus years of experience in the recruiting and staffing business with expertise in Accounting, Finance or Sales. - Proven ability to develop not only long-term relationships with new and existing candidates and clients. - Be self-motivated to achieve personal and company goals - Excellent communication skills with heavy customer service orientation. - Detail oriented with excellent follow-up and strong closing skills. - An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or related field is preferred.
