We offer an entrepreneurial spirit, an extensive training program and unlimited upside potential with one of the industry’s best compensation programs (Top 25% make $100,000 - $400,000 year). Ideal candidate would be extremely customer focused, highly-ethical and motivated to not only to achieve success but to be the best in the industry. Requirements: 2 plus years of experience in the recruiting and staffing business with expertise in Accounting, Finance or Sales. - Proven ability to develop not only long-term relationships with new and existing candidates and clients. - Be self-motivated to achieve personal and company goals - Excellent communication skills with heavy customer service orientation. - Detail oriented with excellent follow-up and strong closing skills. - An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or related field is preferred.
