Project Billing Coordinator

The successful candidate will:Prepare accurate invoices on time and in the proper formatSet up projects with proper work breakdown structures, budgets and billing terms and tablesCoordinate A/P invoices and enter as appropriateEnter project costs into project management systemDocument transfers, adjustments and write-offsRecord A/R and UBR in project management and accounting systemsAssist project managers in preparation of excel spreadsheetsProvide customer service to business lines and clientsSupport to other PA s/ AA s as needed Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in MS Office Excel, Access, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint

Experience w/ Oracle and/or Deltek

Efficient organizational skills

Ability to work in team atmosphere

Excellent time management and accounting skills

Solid judgement

2-5 years experience of project accounting/billing

Physical demands: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.  Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
