Job Title: Project/ERP/Accounting Administration
Client: A consulting company based in Rosslyn, VA which helps private and public sector organizations with strategic planning, portfolio management and enterprise architecture competency.
Location: Rosslyn, VA
Work Status: Permanent Resident
Logistics: 5 day work week.
Project Status: Contract to Hire
Length of Contract: 4 months
Project Description:
· Play major role in internal ERP implementation by being the main point for data entry.
· Accomplish payroll and consultant timesheet maintenance with the help of the new ERP application.
· Monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure payment from government agencies.
· Work closely with and support Finance department, CFO, and operations (project managers).
· Minimal Accounts Payable responsibilities.
Required:
· Computer savvy.
· Desire to multi-task and take on new responsibilities spontaneously.
· Data entry skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to perform accounting analysis.
Preferred:
· Knowledge of government contracting.
