RECEPTIONIST - Asset Management firm

Asset Management firm is seeking a full time, experienced professional to greet our guests and manage the front desk with dependability and reliability in a stable and professional corporate office environment.  This is a non-exempt position.

 

Primary Responsibilities: managing the front desk and reception area, supporting the office environment and staff, and distributing faxes and incoming correspondence frequently.

 Daily Responsibilities include:Answering phones for office of approximately 60+ employeesWelcoming guests (greet, offer beverages, etc.) upon entering our suiteReceiving and distributing faxes continuously via Microsoft OutlookMaintaining the appearance of the reception entrance, two office kitchens and four conference rooms (keeping clean, ordering groceries/supplies, etc.)Reserving Conference RoomsAssisting Management (providing candidates with applications, filing, preparing office phone list, etc.)Notifying managers of incoming mail/packagesManaging vendor relationships (e.g.:  florist, couriers, building personnel, etc.)Validate parking appropriatelyWorking closely with the Building Office to ensure repairs are completed, communications are distributed, etc.Helping teams and copy room with filing, folder labeling, and general organizationAd hoc projects (marketing mailings, mail merges, database QCs, etc.)



Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

 

Hours:  7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with mandatory 40 minute lunch + two 10 minute breaks (for a total of 9 work hours/day).
